In a continued effort to provide the highest quality medical care in Israel, Hadassah University Hospital in Ein Kerem, Jerusalem is adding a new, cutting-edge inpatient facility: The Sarah Wetsman Davidson Tower. Currently under construction, the Tower will integrate Hadassah’s deep dedication to healing with science’s most modern medical technologies.

Inside the west wing of the Tower will be the revolutionary new Gladys Dunn Gynecology Oncology Unit. A gift of the Ruderman Family Foundation, the Unit will house patients in private and semi-private rooms with their own facilities and a dedicated patient day room.

Within the Unit, physicians and surgeons from the Department of Gynecology and the Sharett Institute of Oncology will collaborate to treat patients suffering from ovarian cancer — from their initial diagnosis through post-surgical care and follow-up.

The planned Gynecology Oncology Unit is a vital example of how we are working on a special interest project with Hadassah University Hospital to help provide patients with better and more efficient care. Its state-of-the-art structure, endowed with sophisticated equipment and professional expertise, will bestow the benefits of life for women in the most crucial of times.
